Rodrigo Macedo Soares has over twenty years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on corporate matters, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law and succession planning.

Postgraduate degree in Internet and Communication Law from the University of Coimbra, and an MBA in Business Management from FGV.

Throughout his career, he has worked in the legal and corporate departments of large companies and law firms, with a strong focus on corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, corporate governance, and the drafting and negotiation of domestic and international contracts.
